The word STEAM is an educational approach to learning that uses Science, Technology, Engineering, the Art and Mathematics as access point for guiding student inquiry and critical thinking. The end results are students who take thoughtful risks, and engage in experimental learning

STEAM blast is an annual program in Kiddiesdroid, basically for kids. Where kids have the opportunity to carry out different experimental activities on science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics.
“Energy” is our theme for this year’s steam blast and “ignite” being the sub-theme. According to oxford dictionary, energy is the strength, effort and enthusiasm required for physical or mental activity, work etc. Ignite means to start to burn or make something start to burn.

Here, kids are taught on the various kinds of energy and are also given the opportunity to carry out different varieties of experiments on their own so as to be enlightened and have more insight on how energy can transferred from one form to another.
