I have been with Kiddies droid since their summer camp 2022 and ever since my first day I have felt as comfortable as if I were at home. The staff at Kiddies droid are patient with the kids and students during classes and they take pride in making everyone comfortable, the environment is as conducive as it gets and with different brackets of people you’re sure to find your niche as I have found mine. I have learnt a lot of things at kiddies droid but the most important thing I know now is that people are at their best when they work as a community, now I am proud to know that I have something substantial to give back to my society.

I came into Kiddies Droid not even knowing how to use a computer but now I have vast knowledge of basic building blocks for web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

I had very little knowledge of computer and digital design but now I can work well with so many design software.

When I got to Kiddies Droid I didn’t even know how to create a folder. I’m so grateful for all what I’ve learnt so far and what I’m still learning. I’m grateful for Ms Becca, she’s so patient while teaching and she tries to make sure you understand before she proceeds. Now I can create a website on my own

I joined Kiddies droid in the middle of the 8 month long ASUU strike to get a know-how on UI UX design but i have learnt far more than that and i’m very grateful to be part of the staff and also part of the Kiddies Droid family.
Now i can do things far beyond my expectations when i first got here.

When I first got here I couldn’t navigate around a computer but now I am able to create and design websites using different programming languages.

My time here in Kiddies Droid has been nothing but insightful and experience filled. I’ve been able to learn a lot in quite a short period of time and they’ve proved helpful. I’m surrounded by people who share a similar vision and are dedicated to the mission

Due to ASUU strike I haven’t been able to gain admission into the University. This lead me to interning at Kiddies Droid. I have gained guidance in the choice a career path in Computer Science
